This 4 bedroomed centrally air conditioned/heated villa is a mere 8 miles from Disney World and close to many other local attractions and fine restaurants, including the largest Wal-Mart in the USA. A luxurious private master bedroom suite has a king size bed, with its own door to the pool, a walk-in closet and TV with full cable television connection and a DVD player. The large en-suite bathroom has a full bath, large separate shower and a double sink.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, bedroom three a double and twin beds in a Disney themed bedroom 4. There is full cable TV in bedrooms 2 and 3 with their own DVD players and a TV/DVD combo, not connected to cable in bedroom 4--ideal for children. There is a full bathroom shared by these bedrooms.

If mobility is an issue, the bathroom has an easy access shower, safety wall bars and a wider door.

The living room, with its queen size sofa bed, has full cable television, a DVD/VCR combo and a stereo system with a 5 CD changer. A PS2 game console is provided and this connects to any of the TV sets. There are plenty of comforts for up to 10 guests.

Extra luxury amenities include a two car garage and pool door alarms. Children cannot gain access from the house without you knowing. Special custom alarms tell you when someone has opened a pool door.

The large family sized pool and sun deck faces back towards a large private yard with several young citrus trees. Help yourself in season!

Living Room

The pool can be heated--US$ 35 per night or $150 per week. This maintains an 82F pool temperature. A minimum of 5 nights heating is required. Heating is
recommended from the beginning of November through to the middle of May.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has every modern appliance plus breakfast nook and indoor laundry with washer and drier. Adjacent to the dinning area, a large sliding door opens onto the pool deck with a lanai porch. The patio furniture makes for an all weather alcove from either the heat of the sun or the tropical rains of an afternoon shower.

A large community park land, tennis courts and children's play ground, with golf courses nearby, make this a wonderful location for a family.
